K M Kadir Koushik is the founder of Upbeat Strategy, an AI automation consultancy that builds custom AI agents and automation workflows for small and mid-sized businesses. Upbeat Strategy is based in Dhaka, with a registered US LLC and clients across more than one market.

Koushik has spent over six years in data science, fraud analytics, and risk modeling. At Alibaba Group's Daraz, South Asia's largest e-commerce platform, he works across Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Nepal. He owns the G2N (Gross to Net) risk metric, designs cash-on-delivery risk frameworks, and builds the fraud detection rules that protect revenue at marketplace scale. He also leads the Commercial Agentic AI initiative, the KAM Assistant. It is live in all four markets and supports key account managers with pricing, submissions, and campaign workflows.

That production experience shapes how Upbeat Strategy works. Koushik has deployed AI voice agents in live business settings, including a Bangla-language voice agent for Daraz, and has built the same systems the agency offers clients. His services cover workflow automation, AI voice agents, CRM integrations, and brand visibility in AI search.

Koushik holds an MSc in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from Liverpool John Moores University (2022), a BSc in Economics from North South University, and the Alibaba Certified AI Application Engineer credential.

His approach is simple: measure the problem first, build the smallest system that solves it, and make sure it keeps working after launch.
