REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. SCOPE

This policy applies to services provided by Upbeat Strategy LLC to businesses for business purposes, and forms part of our Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

2. BEFORE WORK BEGINS

If you cancel within 7 days of payment and before we have started work on your project, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

3. AFTER WORK BEGINS

If you cancel after work has begun, you will be refunded for the portion of the work we have not yet performed. Any deposit you have paid is credited against the work completed up to the cancellation date, and the remainder is refunded.

4. DELIVERED AND ACCEPTED WORK

Once work has been delivered and accepted, it is not refundable, because it is custom work built to your specification. If something is not right, we will help instead:

• Request revisions within 7 days of delivery. Revisions are modifications within the original scope.
• We fix bugs and issues caused by our work at no extra charge for 30 days from delivery.

5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Email koushik@upbeatstrategy.com with your project name and the reason for your request. We will confirm whether the request is approved and the amount to be refunded.

6. REFUND METHOD AND TIMING

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to show the credit.

7. CANCELLATION

Either party may cancel an engagement with 7 days written notice, as set out in Section 9 of our Terms of Service. You pay for work completed up to the cancellation date, and we deliver all completed work to you.
